Stanford’s selflessness shines through his story. According to Amber Green, director of the Orium County Animal Shelter, this courageous pup has been a true hero.

As a reward for his bravery, he received free immunizations until eight. However, his heroic actions have not yet secured him a loving family.
Time is running out for Stanford. As shelter capacity fills up, he faces the heartbreaking possibility of euthanasia if he doesn’t find a home soon.

Green emphasizes the situation’s urgency, stating, “The only way for them to leave the shelter is to be adopted, reclaimed, or, unfortunately, put down.” It would be a tragic end for a dog significantly contributing to his community.
The call for help is clear: Stanford needs a family to give him the love and care he deserves. Every moment counts for this remarkable canine hero as efforts continue to find him a safe and nurturing environment.
