Scarlett Johansson’s Chic Travel Look at JFK

Last Update:

Scarlett Johansson was last spotted in full glam at the Toronto Film Festival, but her look took a relaxed turn when she passed through JFK Airport in New York on Thursday.

The 34-year-old actress kept things low-key with her head down, donning brown-tinted sunglasses and a layered, understated outfit.

Johansson wore an orange sweater beneath a simple black jacket paired with matching pants for her airport look.

She opted for comfortable white Adidas sneakers instead of her usual heels and carried bags over both shoulders. Her hair was left down and appeared unbrushed, and she wore minimal makeup for the outing.

The only hint of sparkle came from her large diamond engagement ring from her fiancé, Saturday Night Live star Colin Jost.

The couple announced their engagement in May after two years of dating. This will be Jost’s first marriage, while Johansson was previously married to Ryan Reynolds (2008-2010) and French journalist Romain Dauriac (2014-2017), with whom she shares a five-year-old daughter named Rose.

Although Johansson and Jost tend to keep their relationship private, Jost did express his admiration for her in a 2017 interview with ET at the Emmys, saying, “She’s wonderful… she’s pretty awesome… I’m very happy. I feel very lucky.”

Just last month, Johansson made a show-stopping appearance at the Toronto International Film Festival for the premiere of her new film Jojo Rabbit. Wearing a silver, metallic gown with a spaghetti-strap design, she captivated onlookers.

The gown hugged her figure with a wrap-around pattern that accentuated her waist and hips, and she completed the look with coordinating heels, silver jewelry, and her blonde hair styled in an elegant bun.

Jojo Rabbit, set during World War II, tells the story of a young German boy named Jojo Betzler (Roman Griffin Davis) whose world changes when he discovers that his mother (played by Johansson) is hiding a Jewish girl (Thomasin McKenzie) in their attic.

Directed by Taika Waititi, who also stars as Jojo’s imaginary friend—a bumbling version of Adolf Hitler—the film is set for a U.S. release on October 18.

Following this, Johansson will reprise her role as Natasha Romanoff, or Black Widow, in Marvel’s standalone Black Widow movie, set for a May 2020 release. She is also voicing a character in Sing 2, adding yet another role to her busy schedule.
