Directed by Tony Colella, the music video features Colella’s own Labrador, Jack, and his friend’s Maltese Poodle, Buddy.

Though the video captures a nostalgic charm, it was not an emotional journey for Colella, who had not revisited such memories in some time.
The video opens with Magister Ludi frolicking with Ric and transitions to scenes of Jack cuddling with Tony and Buddy bonding with a young boy.

Ric’s lyrics draw parallels between dogs and toddlers, highlighting their playful nature and deep loyalty to their owners.
The video continues with various dogs engaging in familiar activities like fetching and playing in the water.
A humorous moment shows Jack in a playful pillow fight with his owner, where Jack eventually gives up after being overwhelmed by pillows. The video also depicts joyful family moments with Jack, such as playing fetch.

The song’s heartfelt lyrics reflect the deep connection between Ric and Magister Ludi, showcasing the profound bond and mutual care they share.
