Arnia used to be a homeless dog with little hope of ever finding a loving family. She spent her days in a dilapidated garage alongside a few other stray dogs, resting on a pile of tiles, unaware that her circumstances were about to improve dramatically.
Her fortune changed when Howl Of A Dog, a nonprofit animal rescue group, learned about Arnia and her fellow strays. The rescue team quickly came to their aid, discovering the dogs lying on the tiles with hearts full of despair. One rescuer gently pet Arnia on the head, a simple gesture that seemed to bring her a sense of relief and comfort.

The team wasted no time and took Arnia to a veterinarian. There, they found that she was extremely underweight and suffering from severe anemia, weighing only 13 pounds—half of her ideal body weight. After receiving the medical care she needed, Arnia was welcomed into the Howl Of A Dog shelter, where staff showered her with love and attention.
At the shelter, Arnia thrived on the affection given to her, enjoying the warmth and hugs from her new friends. Over the span of just a month, Arnia underwent a remarkable transformation. The previously despondent dog blossomed into a lively and cheerful companion, her tail wagging and her face often sporting a broad smile.

“Arnia is about 2-3 years old, but she’s full of energy like a playful puppy… She’s the happiest dog now, finding joy even in the simplest things,” the shelter staff explained.
Even visits to the vet became a source of joy for Arnia, as she brought smiles to everyone she met with her infectious charm and loving hugs. Once healthy and full of life again, she began her journey to find a permanent family.

Her moment came swiftly. A family saw her picture on the shelter’s social media page and instantly fell in love. They knew she was the one and eagerly prepared for her arrival with toys and treats.
Meeting her new family was an unforgettable experience for Arnia. Overjoyed, she fit right into her new environment, where she was enveloped with love and care. Now, Arnia enjoys the comfort of her own bed and experiences the warmth of truly belonging to a family.
